What kind of wood do you use?

We build with pine wood.

How long does it take for my order to be build and shipped?

Our current lead time is 21-28 business days. We know you are excited to get you products, we work as efficiently as we can to get your products to you!

What if I do not see the shelf or mantle size I need?

We gladly accept custom orders! Please email us at info@rhofarm.com to get a quote.

Do your shelves come with brackets and how do I install them?

Yes! All our shelves come with the mount and hardware, as well as installation instructions.

Can I return my product?

Due to the nature of our business and since all of our orders are custom built, all sale are final.

What happens if my shelf or mantle gets damaged in transit?

This unfortunately does occasionally occur. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shelf or mantle if your product gets damaged in shipping.
